Wayne Cook
Chief Executive Officer, Cook Systems International

As Chairman, Founder, and Chief Executive Officer of Cook Systems International, Mr. Cook has provided the vision for the company. His inspirations, including Managed Services, have created the strategic direction of the company. He has made certain that Cook Systems International has exceptional operational talent and technology to deliver the most successful IT solutions to Fortune 1000 clients and government entities.

With over 35 years of IT leadership and service experience, Wayne Cook founded Cook Systems International in 1994. Prior to Cook Systems International, Mr. Cook was President of Eagle Systems Technology, Chief Operating Officer for SCB, and Director of MIS for First Tennessee Bank.

Ben Bryant
President, Cook Systems International

As a respected leader across the nation, Ben possesses over 35 years of IT experience in consulting and management to Fortune 1000 and government entities. Over 23 years, he co-founded and served as CEO and Chairman of the Board of SCB Computer Technology, a public IT professional services firm, which grew to over 1200 professionals. He received a BBA degree from the University of Memphis, an MS degree in Business Administration, and the 1999 Distinguished Alumni Award.

For the University of Memphis, Ben serves as a member of the Board of Visitors. He also serves on the FedEx Institute of Technology Committee, the Athletics Advisory Committee, and currently serves as President of the Tiger Scholarship Fund Board of Advisors.

For Christian Brothers University, Mr. Bryant is also a member of the CBU Board of Trustees, where he serves as Chair of the Information Technology Committee. Ben also serves on the CBU School of Business Dean's Advisory Council.

Jim Fletcher
Chief Operating Officer, Cook Systems International

As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Fletcher has been the driving force for the company. As a hands-on leader, Jim has made certain that Cook Systems International has the best sales, recruiting, and technical talent of any IT services provider in the nation.

Mr. Fletcher has extensive experience in strategic sales and management. Jim joined Cook Systems International in 2000 as Vice President and has worked as both the CEO and COO. Prior to joining Cook Systems International, Mr. Fletcher brought 35 years of experience as a business owner, Vice President of both sales and operations, and Data Processing Manager.

Christine Caruso
Chief Financial Officer, Cook Systems International

Christine came to Cook Systems International with a wealth of experience as a controller and financial analyst. Her previous experience is from the IT and internet consulting industries. She has extensive knowledge of most accounting and financial software packages.

At Cook Systems International, her roles as CFO and HR Director involve her in all financial and people related areas and decisions.

Jeff Brittain
Senior Vice President, Cook Systems International

Mr. Brittain is a Senior Vice President and the Executive Director for the CollegeCareerCorps®. For more than 20 years, Jeff has worked in 40 states and 10 countries delivering IT solutions to clients in the government, manufacturing, and distribution industries. Mr. Brittain started his IT career at Accenture programming in mainframe COBOL and progressed to having responsibility for software implementations using up to 300 full-time project personnel. Jeff's technology background spans mainframe, mid-range systems, and web-based solutions, as well as middleware and business intelligence solutions.

After serving as a client, Jeff joined the Cook Systems International team with responsibility for the Managed Services business unit. Managed Services is Cook's primary delivery channel for Near-Shore Software Development and Software Testing.

Kenneth Kinney
Vice President of Marketing, Cook Systems International

As a respected leader in college recruiting and student development, Kenneth possesses over 15 years of experience in recruiting, management, marketing, and training.

In his role with the CollegeCareerCorps®, he provides recruiting, marketing, and training. He also is a regular guest speaker at colleges and universities nationwide. He serves on several Advisory Councils including at the University of Memphis, University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and Southwest Tennessee Community College.

Mr. Kinney has been with Cook Systems International since 2001. He previously worked for SCB Computer Technology. Kenneth graduated from the University of Memphis with a Bachelor's Degree in International Business.

Derek Beveridge
Regional Vice President, Cook Systems International

Derek Beveridge has over 27 years of management experience in international sales, support and customer service in IT and data communications. Prior to joining Cook Systems International, Mr. Beveridge founded TechForce Corporation in 1989 and served as Chief Executive Officer. TechForce provided repair and support services to major corporations including the world's largest overnight package delivery service. In 1995, TechForce became a public company and was acquired by Equant, Netherlands in 1999. Most recently, Mr. Beveridge served as Chief Executive Officer for Hi-Mark Software in Atlanta.

Mr. Beveridge presides over our solutions and CollegeCareerCorps® efforts out of the Atlanta area.

Josh Bostic
Regional Vice President, Cook Systems International

Josh Bostic is a Regional Vice President with a goal. His goal is to provide a service that is beneficial to both the client and each consultant. "Therefore, at the end of each engagement, the client has been successful at their project and the consultant has been able to gain valuable experience on which they can grow."

Josh has started up many new client relationships for Cook Systems International. He has developed those relationships by working as hard as he can to understand what needs and goals are of each client. Then, behind the strength of our outstanding recruiting organization, he has provided each client with the highest quality resource that perfectly fit those needs.

Josh possesses a Master's Degree in Business from the University of Alabama A&M.

Doyle Childress
Regional Vice President, Cook Systems International

Doyle Childress joined Cook Systems International as a Regional Vice President. He was previously the Vice President of Sales for CIBER out of the Memphis office (formerly SCB Computer Technology) where for 21 years he served many local clients such as FedEx, International Paper, ServiceMaster, and many others since 1988.

Prior to sales, Mr. Childress worked as a professional broadcaster locally with the then ABC Station, WHBQ TV, as producer, director, and announcer from 1961-1968. Doyle was then employed at RCA Consumer Electronics as Vice president of Sales for a five-state region from 1968-1988 where he was a member of RCA’s elite Excalibur Club for Management.

Doyle is a local Memphian, obtaining his BBA in Sales and Marketing from the University of Memphis.

Corey Glass
Regional Vice President, Cook Systems International

Corey Glass is a Regional Vice President whose career has included seven years of retail, mortgage, leasing, and commercial banking experience with Bank of America. He has developed many key client relationships over the past seven years for Cook Systems International. His client list has included: AutoZone, FedEx, Kinko's, State of Mississippi, Edward Jones, Ameren UE, Jimmy Dean Foods, and First Horizon National Bank.

Corey is a graduate of The Leadership Academy Fellows Program, which is an intensive 12-month program providing innovative tools to empower high-potential leaders. He is a member of Hope Church, coaches competitive baseball, and enjoys hunting and golfing when time allows. Some other previous civic involvements and memberships include 3 years of service on the Board of Directors with First Tee/MSJGA, Chamber of Commerce fundraisers, The Phoenix Club, and the Junior Steering Committee for The Orpheum.

Corey possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Memphis.

Carroll Harrison
Director of Client Services, Cook Systems International

As Director of Client Services, Carroll is involved with the delivery oversight, methodology, standards, and responsibilities. She possesses over 14 years of experience with client relationship and delivery management, working with several professional services firms. She has over 20 years experience managing and performing technical work on projects involving computer systems development, maintenance, operation, documentation, and training. Carroll possesses expertise in requirements analysis, design, construction, testing and implementation of performance support systems, eLearning systems, and performance-based applications. In addition to over 9 years of FedEx experience, Carroll has delivered IT solutions to clients in the manufacturing, pharmaceutical, educational, and service industries.

Carroll has a B.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of Alabama.

Peggy Meyer
Executive Account Manager, Cook Systems International

Peggy acts as the Account Support Manager for Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana. She has over 25 years of IT experience working with the Governor's Office for Technology at the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

Mrs. Meyer managed the implementation of government business systems in finance, revenue, transportation, and personnel. As Director with the GOT, her experience included managing the Division of Systems Engineering, which supports IT services for seven executive cabinets. She was the Systems Implementation Manager for the Management and Accounting Reporting System (MARS), an EMPOWER KY initiative. She also managed the Project Management and Integration Division within the GOT Office of Consulting and Project Management. Peggy later was Director of Outreach Computer Services for the McConnell Technology and Training Center in Louisville, Kentucky. With community leaders, she implemented the Teen Entrepreneurs in Network Services within the Park Duvalle community.

Verlin Mortensen
Vice President of Information Systems, Cook Systems International

Verlin has been leading and managing projects related to information technology, quality assurance, and organization performance for the past 30 years, accumulating experience and expertise in the banking, transportation, and manufacturing industries.

Mr. Mortensen has developed skills and expertise in aligning organizational job functions, business processes, and organizational design with business strategies.

His expertise also includes implementing metric systems that report strategic performance results.

Charlie Portis
Executive Vice President, Cook Systems International

Charlie has worked with Cook Systems International since the doors opened. His efforts have been extremely important to the growth of Cook Systems International.

Charlie's efforts to one of our accounts, the world's largest overnight package delivery service, have helped Cook Systems International receive the highest vendor rating available over the last eight consecutive six-month periods.

Mr. Portis takes a unique and thoughtful approach to helping put people to work.
