Business Analyst IV
- Communicate with dept. heads about common frustrations, hindrances and other issues that interrupt their workflow. Create detailed plans for execution and implementation of new processes, including budgetary guidelines and key personnel. Nominate and work with a project manager to develop new project plans and see them through to completion. - 20%
- Develop methodology documents based on self-initiated interviews, diagrams, surveys and workflow analysis - 20%
Research and analyze all aspects of existing business practices and procedures - 10%
- Conduct elicitation session to gather needed requirements for projects. Create documentation and deliverable materials. Gather signatures on documents where appropriate. - 50%
This position is to bring stability and continuity to high visibility Community & Social Services projects. This person will serve and perform the typical BSA JR role, working closely with the subject matter expert, the business group and the project manager. This project has undergone some changes and we need to acquire someone that will allow stabilization and consistent development.
Candidate must operate independently and require minimal supervision. Candidate must interface with business users and vendors in order to schedule meetings related to things such as application issues or new features. Candidate will be required to also work independently providing support and other initiatives as needed.
