Our History

 

Founded in 1989 by former First TN Bank CIO Wayne Cook, Cook Systems was established to deliver high quality talent to Fortune 2000 organizations in a rapidly growing industry. Technology was an emerging field at the time, which meant Cook needed to develop a fresh approach to providing talent. Over the years, Cook has established long-term relationships with clients by listening, adapting and evolving as the landscape changes. Creativity and problem-solving are defining elements of our identity as a company, and we are committed to continually pushing forward into the future of IT.

Led by a management team with more than 50 years of combined experience, our extensive history of delivering unparalleled talent, leading engagements and solving complex problems has earned us a deeper understanding of what our clients really need.
